For our software product subscriptions (e.g., Kindergarten Management System, Asset Management System), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
2. IT Services and Consulting
Due to the nature of IT services and consulting projects, refunds for work already performed are generally non-refundable. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
